At Roma Cafe, we take pride in delivering bold, high-quality coffee. Since coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns on coffee bags once they’ve been opened. However, we want you to have the best experience, so here’s how we handle refunds:
1. Refunds & Replacements
We will happily replace or refund your order if:
You received the wrong item.
Your coffee arrived damaged or defective.
There was an issue with your order that was our mistake.
To request a refund or replacement, email us at hello@romacafe.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. What We Don’t Cover
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Personal taste preferences (If you like weak coffee, that’s on you. )
Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
Delays caused by shipping carriers (We’ll help where we can, though!)
3. How Refunds Work

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you’d prefer a replacement, we’ll send it out as soon as possible.
